StrataBlue will facilitate a Sales & Marketing Alignment Workshop, where we will quickly and easily establish basic workflows, communication mechanisms, reporting and mutually agreed on KPIs. The goal here is not to overengineer, which often happens during these sessions, but to establish a basic framework that we can grow on.
