The Challenge

CIS, a provider of quality products and services to healthcare facilities, faced a challenge: their brand and website did not effectively showcase their expertise or offer a seamless online experience. As a B2B business, they needed a marketing partner with a lifecycle management and growth mindset to help them enter the digital and lead generation space. CIS turned to StrataBlue to create cohesive messaging and branding that would set them apart from their competitors while staying true to their company values and mission.

To full identify key issues with branding and messaging, StrataBlue conducted deep-dive branding exercises and extensive research that revealed several key issues:

  • Brand message lacked authority and did not showcase CIS’s commitment or experience in being an industry leader
  • Brand messaging lacked cohesiveness
  • Website branding didn’t portray CIS’s personality or mission-oriented values
  • Website features and navigation were lacking, making the customer experience fall flat and resulting in less online consumer conversions

The Solution

After conducting discovery sessions and research, StrataBlue developed a comprehensive branding and website strategy for CIS that resulted in cohesive messaging, a user-friendly website, and a visual design that truly reflected the company’s personality across both its website and social platforms.

The solution included the creation of key brand foundations: a messaging guide with story-based content tailored to different audiences, a customer journey report to map out customer interactions, and a brand style guide defining the brand’s visual elements such as color palette, typography, and icons. Custom photography was produced to enhance the website, and business materials, including logos, business cards, letterhead, and envelopes, were created to align with the new brand identity.

For the website redesign, StrataBlue provided wireframes and UX mapping to outline content layout and navigation before development began. They delivered custom website copy, from headers to confirmation messages, to ensure clarity and consistency. A high-quality, branded website design with custom infographics was created to effectively convey the CIS story. The website also integrated seamlessly with the Imprezian 360 CRM via WooCommerce, enabling automated communication with the CRM and reducing manual work for the CIS team. Finally, the website was developed using WordPress, with the team collaborating closely with CIS to ensure all custom functionalities were implemented to meet their specific needs.
