Community management builds personality. It is a way for brands to create and maintain relationships with their customers. It allows for customer service, relationship building, and personalization. It even allows for brands to further inform and entertain their target audience. All of these are such important aspects to social media strategies, so it’s hard to say how brands haven’t realized this yet.
