Snapchat has been working to find a way to please both their users and their advertisers. Naturally, the wants contradict—the users want ad-free use and the advertisers want more and more way to advertise. From sponsored filters to the Discover feature, it seems like there are plenty of ways for brands to use Snapchat, but as more are doing so, each ad gets lost in the mix. Now, Snapchat has added filters that allow users (and advertisers) to change the speed of their videos. Fast forward, rewind, and slow-motion features may just be the way to make advertisers stand out from the crowd.
